BreakGuy is a tiny, simple but charming, and lightweight desktop reminder companion.
Every once in awhile it tells you to take a drink, get up and stretch or do a short exercise routine!
You can move the window wherever you want by holding the right click and dragging.
You can access sound-toggle by hovering the top-right corner, cycling from 'sound on' > 'only alarms' > 'sound off'.
You can do minor interactions by clicking the character.
